Physical healing from pain and stiffness, flexibility and strength, confidence, a quiet mind and breath, profound changes in thinking, discipline, calmness, peace and a new sense of self.

Child’s pose: It feels calming, soothing and supportive
Pranayama: It's transformational, safe + free. Breath is magic!
Sat Nam: Truth is who I am. Emotional release + healing. Speaks of our identity - I love that!

What inspires you?
Creativity, music, nature, my dog, service, spiritual growth and watching people heal.

What do you love about practicing at Yoga Grace?
I love the community, the variety of classes and the diverse workshops and inspiring people. It’s a fun and happy place.

What would you tell someone wanting to try Yoga for the first time?
Just begin. Take the risk to try and become part of the community!
