  • Because no two people are the same, Yoga Therapy utilizes all the tools and resources of Yoga to meet your specific needs. Sessions will be designed from the information you provide on your intake form.

    In the session you will be able to voice your situation as I lend insight, perspective and guidance to your situation. And depending on your needs, I will incorporate different yogic modalities to aid your wellness journey. As a session ends, you will then be prescribed practices to take home and informed and trained on how to utilize them.

  • The tools and methods I use in a Yoga Therapy session are incredibly diverse and dependant on your specific needs. From breathing exercises, postures, and meditation — to simply listening to you and your needs and unpacking the deeper spiritual meanings behind whatever it is you’re facing.

  • Come as you are, with an open heart, open mind and ready for growth.

  • As a general term, the word breathwork describes the conscious control over our breathing cycle. In the pranayama tradition of breathwork we use conscious breathing to promote the spiritual, mental and physical wellbeing of a person.

    Reviewing the information you provide on your intake form, I will design a breathing session that is tailored to your specific needs.

  • I offer breathwork sessions that are carefully designed and tailored to any and everyone. Whether you're battling respiratory illness, cancer, cancer recovery, rehabilitation from an injury, or if you’re seeking to overcome anxiety, depression, divorce or grief — a breathwork session will reset your nerves, mind and help to re-stabilize your lifeforce, leaving you feeling fresh and renewed.

  • We do not accept insurance, as Yoga Therapy is categorized as a spiritually based service. However, we do offer price adjustments to those in need.

  • In-Person sessions are held at Yoga Grace, in Qualicum Beach, BC, Canada.

Offering comprehensive Pranayama trainings to the Wellness, Medical and Psychiatric fields for over fifteen years, I’m passionate about Yoga and helping people lead content, healthy and peaceful lives. As a spiritual teacher, studio owner, husband and father, I always bring integrity, friendliness, relatability and specialization to our sessions. I look forward to meeting you.
