In this workshop, students will learn about the basic mechanics of respiration and how to use proper breathing habits to accelerate their health, correct respiratory difficulties, and employ a greater sense of vitality and peace of mind.
This workshop will be a wonderful glimpse into our NEW pranayama class that will be on the weekly schedule starting this April. We look forward to having you out!
