Join Julie Gauthier and Jeshua Epp for a relaxing and rejuvenating evening of Restorative Yoga and healing sound. Julie will lead us through a gentle Restorative practice infused with Reiki-inspired touch, while Jeshua, a classical guitarist passionate about sharing sound to heal, gifts us the soothing sounds of his classical guitar. 

This evening will be a beautiful opportunity to rest and heal. Join us and allow the soulful offerings of both Julie and Jeshua to move you from mind to heart; from thinking to feeling; and from doing to being.
