Join Lisa Cecconi for an introduction to the transformative practice of Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra, sometimes called "Yogic sleep", is a form of guided meditation that promotes deep relaxation and inner connection. In this workshop, we will discuss the effects and benefits of Yoga Nidra on the body, mind, and our higher consciousness, as well as what it means to set a Sankalpa (seed of intention).
For our practice, we'll be guided through a series of restorative postures to relax and calm the body and and mind, preparing us for the Yoga Nidra portion of the workshop. There, we will apply a Sankalpa that aligns with our higher self and relax deeply into bliss!
This afternoon will support you in connecting back to your centre and will be such a wonderful way to start the new year!
