In the Yoga tradition, it is said that it takes 40 days to develop a new positive habit or to drop a current negative habit that no longer serves you. Our 40 Days of Yoga Challenge is a great way to strengthen & open your body, still your mind and make a healthy commitment to yourself! In 40 days, you can create something very special for yourself - better health, more vitality and a new way of being!
New to Yoga? No problem! We have lots of gentle classes on our schedule that will be a perfect introduction for you. We’re offering this challenge both in-studio and online!! Join us from wherever you are.
Here’s how the challenge works:
-From June 1st - July 10th (40 days), your challenge is to complete at least 25 Yoga classes! You can also attend daily (or more!) if you’d like!
-Each time you complete a class, give yourself a sticker/checkmark your personal tracking sheet (we’ll send this to you when you sign up!).
-Everyone who successfully completes the challenge will be entered to win our challenge prizes (although the real prize is your new healthy routine and commitment to your practice).
Our 40 Days of Yoga Challenge Pass is $139 and includes unlimited Yoga classes for 40 days, both in-studio and online at YG Online! If you have other active class passes (10 or 20 class passes, etc.) we’ll simply put them on hold for you during the challenge!*If you are a Yoga Grace auto-renew student, all you need to do is sign up with us in-studio. There is no extra cost for you! If you prefer to to this challenge exclusively online, it’s just $59 for you!
