Join Registered Acupuncturist and Yoga Teacher Kelly Lynch for a Restorative Yoga class focused on combining the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Yoga. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this time of year is associated with the metal element. The metal element governs our ability to take in life, absorb what is good for us and let go of the rest, making space for the new. The organs associated with this element are the lungs and large intestine. In this special evening, we’ll relax with Restorative Yoga poses and finish off with acupuncture points selected specifically to balance and open up the lung and large intestine meridians.
